As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Şerifali/Ümraniye, Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Processing daily, monthly, and period-end purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, accounting records, and archiving documents.
• Ensuring the control and reconciliation of current accounts and bank accounts.
• Managing the processes of e-invoice, e-archive invoice, and e-ledger.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Conducting payment processes.
• Managing monthly cash flow.
• Carrying out month-end closing activities.
• Monitoring personnel and administrative tasks and maintaining office order.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields from a 4-year university.
• Experience in accounting processes.
• Knowledge of e-invoice, e-archive, and e-ledger systems.
• Well-versed in the uniform chart of accounts and general accounting transactions.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Microsoft FA Dynamics, SAP, or relevant ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Military status: Completed (for male candidates).
