Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Accounts Receivable Specialist at Onduline Avrasya A.Ş. Head Quarter Istanbul. The role is located in Istanbul, with flexibility for some remote work.

The AR Specialist is responsible for;

· Follow up changes and updates in tax legislations and IFRS; analysis of their impacts on the company and timely implementation; informing related departments about the changes;

· Recording of incoming dealer invoices

· Daily and monthly reconciliation with dealers

· Daily control of the invoices pending for approval in the e-invoicing portal and allocation of them to related hierarchy

· Key User for E-invoicing Portal

· Participating in accounting system and process development projects; preparation of detailed demand for necessary enhancements, developments and reports; performing the analysis

· Creation of customer accounts

· Monitoring customer payment terms and risks

· Issuance of sales invoices

· Calculation and tracking of sales commissions, DBS, and turnover premiums

· Tracking of shipping/guarantee letter commissions and return invoices from customers

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Economics, Business Administration, Finance),

· Good knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and generally accepted accounting principles,

· 4-5 years of experience in Accounting,

· Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems,

· At least Intermediate level of English,

· Willing to travel periodically in Turkey (Our production site is in Sapanca.),

· Advanced coordinating, organizing and communicating skills,

· Tolerance to work under stress, self-starter, self-motivator,

· High level of empathy and convincing ability,

· Analytical and Strategic Thinking,

· Male candidates must have completed military service obligations (if applicable).
