GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position preferably in plastics manufacturing,
• Fluent in English is a must,
• TPM and projects management experience,
• Experienced in 6S applications and lean manufacturing,
• Computer skills (Microsoft and ERP knowledge (SAP), AutoCad),
• Residing/will be able to reside in İnegöl or Nilüfer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating, executing and following all improvement projects in the plant,
• Managing all TPM activities in the plant, deploy  group standards,
• Implementing and managing all 6S studies in all areas,
• Determine operational investments and prepare their budgets annually,
• To carry out energy improvement projects and to implement them in related fields,
• Attending improvement meetings in group level and  deploy group good practices to the factory,
• Coordinating the necessary work to keep high productivity of the auxilary equipments like chillers,compressors etc,
• Researching and implementing automation projects in related fields,
• Analyse operational data and performance and support operational department in improvement tasks,
• Support operational department in troubleshooting and investigating operational and quality issues.
