Co., established in 2011 with 350 million dollars investment for consecutive in partnership with South Korean POSCO, which was selected the world’s most competitive steel producer 10 years in row by WSD (World Steel Dynamics), Kibar Holding, which is included in Turkey’s leading business groups and with POSCO Daewoo which has a strong distribution network, is the first and only one cold rolling stainless steel producer in Turkey.

The company, which was founded with “From Asia to Europe Stainless Friendship“ motto and being a symbol of Turkey-South Korea friendship, provides significant benefit to economy of Turkey. By the 2,1 Billion $ local production that it has made since it was established for 500 customers, it contributes to the closure of foreign trade deficit by providing raw material to different sectors from white goods to kitchenware goods, from automotive to construction.

The facility, built on a closed area of 169,000 in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone and working in 3 shifts, realizes production for 7 days and 24 hours a day. With the Women Employment Program launched in 2018, 25 women operators were employed at different departments and total employee number has reached more than 500 employees.

POSCO ASSAN TST is the 79th biggest company among 500 companies in Turkey in according to ISO, 2022 researches. Stepping in to the tenth year in production this year, with the export made in 2017 and 2018 the company won the first prize in Stars of Steel Export Award Ceremony organized by the Steel Exporters Association and carried out the shipment of 2 million tons in June 2023.

We are looking for  "Sales Senior Specialist (Export Sales Support)" for our Sales Team.

• University degree preferably in Engineering or Economic and Administrative Sciences
• 3-6 years of sales experience preferably in steel industry
• Fluent in English, bilingual candidates will be prioritized
• Expert user in MS Office applications
• Valid driving license and no obstacle for traveling for domestic& abroad visits
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to improve himself / herself and highly self-motivated
• Working place is in Levent (Zorlu Center)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting export activities, preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export, handling recordkeeping requirements to support timely payment of product
• Prepare export documentation for shipment
• Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy
• Ensure timely processing of export shipments
• Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system
• Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per specific destination in accordance with export regulations
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are collected timely
• Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including customers forwarders, brokers, logistic team etc.
