JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experienced in manufacturing, materials, work program and planning
• Good command of cost control, estimating, quantity surveying, progress payments and field applications,
• Will be able to coordinate the preparation and enactment stages of application projects
• Ensure the execution of technical specifications and material selections
• Ensure that the works under his/her responsibility are carried out on time and in accordance with the technical specifications,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills, analytical thinking
• Ability to manage subcontractors, high sense of work discipline and responsibility,
• Good command of Autocad, MS Office and computer-aided engineering programs

 General Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical/Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in housing, villa, residence and superstructure projects in the construction sector,
• Good command of English,
• Able to use Autocad and MS Project programs at a good level,
• Analytical thinking and high work discipline,
• Experienced in team management,
• High planning and coordination skills,
• Effective in teamwork and successful in human relations,
