JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that the facade works and productions belonging to the project for which he is responsible are completed in accordance with the project, specifications and work program, preparing the daily production report and monitoring the progress,
• Controlling the facade works and productions of the project for which he/she is responsible, reporting faulty productions to the project management,
• Carrying out quality and quantity controls of the subcontractor's infrastructure productions in accordance with the contract and submitting the information that will be the basis for progress payment to the supervisor,
• Keeping and reporting to the project management of all attachments and man / hour calculations made outside the project on the construction site,
• Reviewing technical specifications and standards related to facade works, taking measures against possible problems,
• Examining façade projects, making material calculations, determining the need for machinery and equipment, requesting and informing the supervisor for supply in accordance with the work program,
• Managing and directing the personnel in the project for which he/she is responsible; controlling the number of teams and men and their payrolls,
• Following the laws, regulations, official and private practices related to the subject and informing the project management on the subject,

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Civil Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction sector,
• Successful in human relations, prone to teamwork, responsible,
• He was in subcontractor management,
• Process and quality oriented,
• Experienced in team management,
• Will be able to adapt to intense work tempo,
• Able to use Autocad and MS Office programs effectively,
