To be assigned in RAMS Turkey's domestic and international projects;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the completion of fine structure field fabrications in accordance with the project, specifications and work program, issuing periodic reports and monitoring progress,
• Performing quality and quantity controls of subcontractor fine structure productions in accordance with the contract and preparing information based on progress payment,
• Keeping and reporting of all non-project attachments and man/hour calculations on the construction site,
• Examining the fine structure projects, making the material quantity and program, determining the machinery and equipment needs and informing the Site Supervisor to supply them in accordance with the work program,
• Taking measures to prevent material damage on site,

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Architecture / Interior Architecture / Civil Engineering departments of universities,
• 10 years of experience in large-scale housing, residence and villa projects,
• Manufacturing knowledge and team management experience in fine construction works,
• Good command of MS Office and Autocad programs,
• Good command of English,
• Competent in planning and coordination,
• Team management, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Result and quality oriented,
• Will be able to adapt to intense work tempo,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
