JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control and follow-up of all kinds of architectural and interior design concepts, licenses and application projects in the project for which he/she is responsible, and all coordination works with other departments,
• Ensuring the coordination of all field manufacturing of the projects,
• Ensuring project and manufacturing coordination of subcontractor etc. sub manufacturing groups,
• Providing all necessary drawing support for the progress of field fabrications,
• Preparation of all work programs and related reports related to the construction site project status,
• Ensuring coordination with other departments on the subject,

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Architecture departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in housing and superstructure projects in the construction sector,
• Will be able to coordinate and take initiative for design, concept, preliminary and implementation,
• Good command of English,
• Experience in drawing application detail and As-built projects,
• Will be able to manage relations with Project Owners, check incoming drawings,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Able to use Autocad, 3D Max and professional programs at a good level,
• Analytical thinking and work discipline,
• High planning and coordination skills,
• Effective in teamwork and successful in human relations,
