To be assigned in RAMS Turkey's domestic and international projects;

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
• At least 15 years of experience in large-scale housing projects
• Technical and Design Office, Budget, Planning and Administrative management skills
• Experienced in Rough Construction, Fine Construction, Facade and Infrastructure works applications and landscaping,
• MS Office and other professional software programs
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Decision-making, management, coordination and planning competencies
• Actively use the time, ensure the flow by controlling the operation within the time specified in the project schedule
• Advanced knowledge of English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Formulate plans for procurement processes, tenders, material supply in the light of the work program from the beginning to the end of the project
• Establish and plan the project budget and follow up and report the realizations
• Manage the processes of the necessary organization in line with the plans
• Will carry out mobilization process planning and realization
• Will follow the administrative processes and permits related to the project and will follow the necessary legislation and guidance
• Manage relations with project authors, consultants, subcontractors, audit firm, and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the contract and specification criteria
• Create weekly and monthly construction site reports
• Ensure that the project is managed on time, on budget and in quality in accordance with the planning processes
