JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing alternative products or suppliers by conducting market research,
• To ensure the coordination of contract processes on the procurement side,
• Procurement of procurement items in accordance with company procurement targets and policies
• Establishing tender collection, evaluation and technical procurement processes and ensuring that they are carried out according to corporate procedures
• Creating a supplier portal, managing relations with existing suppliers
• Ensuring the uninterrupted and regularity of material input by making purchases from the approved supplier list and from appropriate suppliers
• Managing contract processes
• To ensure that the relevant units work in coordination and the processes are carried out smoothly
• Managing the procurement process in accordance with the demand schedule
• Conducting new supplier research
• Periodic evaluation of supplier performance
• Preparation and periodic checks of the approved supplier list
• Periodic follow-up of critical stocks
• Making offer, order and entry records of procured goods and services via ERP
• Preparation and regular reporting of purchasing department reports to the manager
• Monitoring developments in the domestic and foreign markets in the sector, creating alternative suppliers with appropriate price, quality and delivery performance, managing supplier relations, identifying appropriate resources and developing them
• To follow up and finalize the phases from the emergence of needs until they are received by the needy; to monitor and control that all kinds of service and goods purchases are provided with the highest possible quality, within the minimum time and with the least cash investment

General Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from Civil Engineering undergraduate departments of universities,
• At least 10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry,
• Worked in Family Companies; experienced in corporate structures,
• Experienced in purchasing, logistics, supplier management,
• High level of analytical thinking, problem solving skills and human relations, high level of organization/coordination skills,
• Ability to use MS Office programs, especially Excel, at an advanced level,
• Experienced in Team Management,
• Analytical thinker, solution-oriented,
• Good command of English,
• Strong human relations, prone to teamwork,
• Strong written and verbal communication,
