JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the preparation and control of subcontractor Performance Evaluation Reports, making evaluations, reporting the results to the Project Manager and Technical Office Manager,
• Preparation of comparative reports of bids submitted by subcontractors and submission to the Project Manager and Technical Office Manager,
• Supporting cost control units and project management in drawing up the activity list according to the information of existing projects and assigning the dimensions of the type of work and the type of production to which the activities are connected in order to organize cost centers, ensuring that appropriate records are made for these activities on the construction site,
• Determination of labor, material, machinery and equipment needs and planning of RAMS Turkey projects according to the master work program,
• Preparation of revised work programs by examining deviations between planned and actual activities,
• Supporting the creation of the final cost at the end of the project, creating the final cost when necessary,
• Preparation of detailed work schedule according to the project based master work schedule, comparison of the work schedule with the progress of the work carried out in the field, preparation of progress reports, preparation of periodic reports by analyzing the deviations between the planned and actual productions and submission to the relevant Project Manager and Director,
• Ensuring and controlling the issuance of discoveries for contracts,
• Creation of subcontractor monthly production quantities, arrangement of progress payments, informing the accounting department after management approval,
• Supporting the preparation of project budgets and cash flows, comparing project budgets with actual costs, analyzing deviations between budget and costs, and preparing monthly reports including project end projections,
• Conducting studies related to the improvement, technology development, quality improvement, production cost reduction efforts required for field production and presenting them to the Project Manager and Technical Office Manager,

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Civil Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in housing and superstructure projects in similar positions in the construction sector,
• Calculation of all kinds of cost items based on progress payments during the construction of construction works and creation of progress payments; experienced in time and cost management,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of AutoCAD and MS Project programs,
• Analytical thinking and high work discipline,
• Experienced in team management,
• High planning and coordination skills,
• Effective in teamwork and successful in human relations,
