JOB DESCRIPTION

• Checking every good entering and leaving the warehouse to see if it is correct.
• Regular and accurate follow-up of stocks.
• Comparing the purchased materials with the Purchase Request form, the quantities on the delivery note and invoice, if necessary, checking the compliance with the request together with the warehouse chief, the relevant technical unit official, checking the damage-type brand model-quantity control, counting, measuring or weighing, taking delivery and acceptance,
• If there is nonconformity in the incoming materials, submitting a report to be forwarded to the relevant unit, ensuring that the materials that do not comply with the nonconforming request are not received according to the information from the relevant unit, and that they are immediately returned / exchanged to the supplier company,
• Ensuring that the accepted materials are placed in the relevant place in the warehouse, in the department in an orderly manner, after the acceptance of the purchased materials, making the material entry records of the relevant documents to the ERP system in the computer environment without error,
• Check the completeness of the material request form issued by the relevant units for the purchase of materials from the warehouse, check whether the material request form is complete, material type, quantity, requesting authority-signature, expense location, etc. In the material request form, counting, measuring or weighing the materials by counting, measuring or weighing the requested amounts of materials, delivering the materials to the relevant unit personnel who come to receive the materials in return for signature and documents,
• Exit the documents of the materials that have been released and delivered from the ERP system in the computer environment - from the warehouse document records - according to the relevant cost place codes,
• Identifying the needed materials that are decreasing and approaching the critical stock level, and notifying the missing materials to the relevant department head for forwarding,
• Periodically counting at the end of the month, checking the accuracy of the quantities of all materials in the stock area of responsibility together with the warehouse chief and the quantities in the ERP system records, preparing and submitting monthly stock count reports to the warehouse chief to be submitted to the directorate to which it is affiliated,
• Matching all documents related to warehouse processes and filing them regularly,

General Qualifications:

• Completed undergraduate level education,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in housing and superstructure projects in similar positions in the construction sector,
• Good command of English,
• Microsoft Office, Logo Tiger and ERP Programs,
• Analytical thinking and high work discipline,
• Experienced in team management,
• High planning and coordination skills,
• Effective in teamwork and successful in human relations,
