Job Description: 

• Coordinate production planning according to orders and safety stock levels,
• Production planning and detailed schedule coordination with the manufacturing department and third-party suppliers producing products on behalf of the Company.
• Accountable for maintaining the integrity of MRP planning parameters (costing lot size, lead times, days of supply)
• Analyse, understand, and convert MRP messages to raw material purchase orders and plans to meet production / forecast demand.
• Open WOs for production and booking them in ERP,
• Coordinate stock planning according to forecasts, statistical data, customer orders and safety stock levels,
• Inventory Management - Understand and maintain the minimum necessary raw materials and finished goods inventory and report on the status of inventory levels against inventory targets.
• Demand analysis for executing MRP Signals such pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations
• Provide material support through communications with suppliers and placing purchase orders according to MRP requirements,
• Contract renewals and organising periodical meetings with related local suppliers,
• Coordinate the relation with Foundry Europe Purchasing Management and lead buyers,
• Open all PO’s (RMs, CW…) in ERP and follow up them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from related engineering fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience at Planning and Purchasing,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications notably Excel and Powerpoint,
• Hard-working, highly motivated and team player,
• Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills, relationship management.
