Job Description:
Power International, a leading company exporting construction materials, is looking for a dynamic call center representative fluent in French or Russian, and proficient in English. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers via cold calling, effectively promote our products and services, evaluate sales opportunities, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers via cold calling to introduce our products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support when needed.
Actively work to achieve sales targets and manage the sales cycle.
Maintain customer relationships and take necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
Update and report customer database regularly.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Candidates with cold calling or sales experience will be prioritized.
Advanced proficiency in French or Russian languages. Knowledge of English is preferred.
Strong communication skills and high persuasion ability.
Team player, responsible, and goal-oriented.
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
Full-time, office-based position.
Work location: Istanbul, Çağlayan.
