We are looking for an 'Operations Engineer' who will examine the process flows in the relevant operation and make suggestions for the detection and improvement of process errors, support the pre-feasibility studies in the new project, follow the whole process, prepare reports, monitor the integration and implementation of the relevant business project.

Your Tasks

• Leading optimization projects for lean production and continuous improvement projects
• Facilitating system integration/improvement projects
• Leading new/existing projects, following up processes and reporting
• Making cost analysis, method, time studies and line balancing
• Developing methods for increasing efficiency

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Analytical thinker, creative, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result–oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in working in cross-functional and multicultural organizations
• Ability to communicate and work on projects with blue-collar and white-collar
• Willingness&desire to lead
