Job Description:

The Manager is responsible for developing strategic action plans to achieve the sales targets set by the Hotel, ensuring and increasing profit maximization and guest satisfaction.

Identifies areas of opportunity in performance and provides tools to increase sales. They also work with hotel teams to identify skill development areas and deploy sales resources appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning extra sales for the hotel.
• Clearly understanding the hotels' business strategies, then setting goals and action     plans to achieve those.
• Set and report financial targets.
• Identify new extra sales, business opportunities and increases.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Sales, Hotel  Management or related major.Minimum 5 year experience in the sales or related professional area.
• Proven success in a similar role and environment.
• Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
• Pride and attention to detail.
• Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Turkish and English very well, preferably Russian
