Right now, we are looking for a "HR BP" to join us in Istanbul Head Office.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within company
- Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflicts
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and communication.
- Responsible from recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews for the defined cluster.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
- Manage the HRIS system (Success Factors) and ensure data accuracy and integrity for the defined cluster.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure Siegwerk Turkey remains a competitive employer.
- This role will be reporting to Regional HR Manager & SF EMEA HR (Nurcan Bozkurt).
