QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration,
• At least 2 years of experience in either Leasing, Controlling, Internal Auditing, Financial Reporting or Sales Support / Sales Backoffice,
• Preferably good command of written and spoken English,
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel,
• Having business mindset,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good interpersonal & communication skills in order to work effectively with other departments, mainly with Salesforce

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supporting our Salesforce on Long Term Rental projects by offering calculations, finding formulations for contract negotiations, sharing knowledge with salesforce,
• Check of rental and sales contracts and orders, including monitoring the approval process,
• Performing calculations and reporting for the Sales and Rental contracts and our entire fleet of forklift trucks, in terms of risks, chances, P&L- and cash-impact,
• Support business departments in setting up Management Reporting to monitor and steer the business,
  
• Coordination with colleagues from Treasury about financing of Long Term Rental,
  
• Being involved in improving internal processes and templates for Long Term Rental.
