We are excited to be hiring an influential Hotel Manager to lead the operational team, act as a key support for the Executive Committee and assist the Managing Director, ensuring the property delivers exceptional guest services.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel’s operational departments through management of the respective division heads.
• Lead by example by being visible and personally engaging with VIPs, guests, and employees. 
• Ensure daily walk throughs to rectify maintenance and operational issues.
• Oversee the quality standards, proactively managing guest feedback, and driving a culture of commercial success and improvement throughout the hotel alongside the GM. 
• Instigate commercial operating concepts and initiatives to achieve a competitive advantage within the market.
• Implement and champion the Peninsula Service Principles throughout the property to achieve an emotional connection and loyalty with our guests.
• Lead, empower and build an employee culture that is caring, genuine, high performing that create employment opportunities for our talent. 
• Analyze budgets and support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan with the various departments.
• Assist in ensuring appropriate response procedures are in place in the event of any hotel emergency or safety situations. Ensures compliance with all local codes and ordinances, focusing on guest and employee safety.
• In the absence of the Managing Director, the Hotel Manager is fully in charge of the Hotel in an emergency or crisis.

 General Requirements: 

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position at a luxury hotel or large hospitality group
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Room, Food & Beverage, and Spa Operations; with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to engage and motivate key stakeholders, especially colleagues. Passion for creating exceptional guest and colleague experiences. Strategic, analytical thinker with demonstrated sound judgment when making decisions.
• Experience working within Türkiye is highly preferred. 
• Fluent Turkish and English language proficiency.
