We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Translator and International Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between our international clients and our internal departments, including Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will provide translation services during meetings, assist with email correspondence, and support colleagues in tracking international orders and projects.

• Provide real-time translation during meetings with international clients and partners.
• Assist in drafting and responding to emails and other written communications in English.
• Support various departments (Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Logistics) with translation and communication tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely translation of documents, including product specifications, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between our team and international clients to avoid any language barriers.
• Assist in the preparation and translation of presentation materials for meetings and conferences.
• Track and follow up on international projects and orders to ensure they meet client expectations and deadlines
