Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking anOperations Specialist for our new Sales branch in Istambul (Turkey), a start-up project where you will collaborate and constantly communicate with the Headquarters Team.

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:

• Carry out sales quotes and be in charge of purchasing orders from customers.
• Deal with Turkish customers directly by phone and e-mail.
• Manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers, shipments, delivery times, prices, problems, and so on.
• Manage outstanding customer invoices, chase the payment, and control other administrative issues.
• Prepare and manage stock shipments and goods received at Turkey’s warehouse (picking and packing also).
• Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
• Support the external sales staff.
• Other operational and administrative tasks.

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Business and/or Engineering, Chemical or Science background preferred.
• Experience in operational tasks and customer service preferred.
• Minimum B2 English level and Turkish speaker.
• Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
