QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a quality engineer,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
• Customer focused and good communication skills,
• Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Evaluating customer feedback from domestic and abroad and leading activities that will ensure permanent solution production in coordination with other units,
• Analyzing service calls from customers to make them meaningful data and present them to the relevant units,
• Strictly following the actions that correspond to the information provided,
• Providing technical communication between customers and the factory,
• Preparing periodic service trainings and giving these trainings,
• Preparing a technical publication for component changes and providing it to relevant services,
• Following the end-user experience of the product in the field and informing the factory,
• Representing the factory in customer or authority audits.
