We are looking for a teammate to be assigned as "IT Specialist" reporting to the IT Manager in our Baştaş Cement factory located in Ankara, one of the leading companies of Vicat Group Türkiye.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant educational background such as engineering degree from a leading university,
• More than 2 years of experience in field
• Experience in T-SQL development, creation and maintenance of T-SQL packages, functions, stored procedures, and views is an asset.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 applications is an asset.
• Experience in Logo ERP Systems will be preferred.
• Experience on Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory, DHCP Management), Exchange Servers and SQL Servers will be preferred.
• Experience on TCP/IP Networking (WAN, LAN), on network and security appliances is an asset.
• Cisco and Microsoft Certifications will be preferred.
• Very good level of English,
• Pro-active with a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
• Being able to work extended hours without notice to resolve issues,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, acting as a good team player,
• No restriction for travelling.

• The responsibilities of the IT Specialist are as following:
• Supporting end users about ERP, network, software, and hardware problems,
• Installing, administering and maintenance of Windows based computers,
• Administration and maintenance of Windows based servers and services,
• Implementation and administration network infrastructure.
