Foreign Trade and Order Management Manager

We are looking for an "Foreign Trade and Order Management Manager" who meets following qualifications to be employed at Wittmann Battenfeld Plastik Makineleri Limited Şirketi, at thehead office in Maltepe/İstanbul.

General qualifications:

• Graduated from related degree programs of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the fields of Order Management and Foreign Trade and has advanced knowledge of import/export operations. At least 2 years is in team management.
• Advanced level of English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Having knowledge of foreign trade, international norms (Specially CE Regulations), customs, and other relevant legislation,
• ERP experience,
• Successful in human relations and has high skills of coordination.
• Will be able to adapt to an intense and dynamic working environment,
• Analytical thinking, prone to teamwork,
• Able to use MS Office programs at a level to report,
• Developing new approaches to problem solving
• Capable of multitasking
• Residing or able to reside in Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Kadıköy regions,

Job Description:

• Controlling current stock, customer payment and delivery conditions of the ordered equipments&parts,
• Creation of internal&intercompany orders through ERP and office programs,
• Transfer and follow-up of necessary information to relevant departments to carry out proforma, invoice and other documentation processes,
• Communicating with the sales team or directly with the customers regarding the order processes and keep them informed about the status,
• Communication with the purchasing department when needed,
• Follow-up of processes, including foreign trade, logistics, customs clearance, transactions with letter of credit,
• Following the changes in the customs and foreign trade legislation and take the necessary measures for problem-free execution of the operations,
• Taking the necessary actions for a healthy communication between departments,
• Tracking of the shipped equipment in ERP and office programs and book the records accordingly,
• Preparation and submitting of periodic reports.
