We are looking for a "Quality Assistant Manager" located in Ankara/ Sincan for our business partner operating in the automotive sector.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from universities with degrees in Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering,

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Automotive, Agricultural Machinery, Manufacturing sectors and assembly processes,

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing, Poke-Yoke, etc.),

• Proficient in ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards,

• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Job Description:

• Plan and implement necessary actions in line with the company's quality policy and objectives,

• Ensure that Incoming, Assembly and Final Quality Control activities are carried out according to current standards and procedures,

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues identified in Incoming Inspection and Assembly processes, create action plans and follow up to ensure improvements,

• Prepare quality requirement documents for parts to be manufactured by subcontractors in the supply chain and ensure supplier audits are conducted,

• Plan and execute activities related to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, 45001, TS ISO 10002 and other Quality Standards,

• Aim for continuous improvement in operations, ensure efficient use of resources within budget targets,

• Prepare reports related to Quality Management, conduct necessary analyses and present to senior management,

• Ensure the validity and continuity of documentation related to management systems,

• Manage, plan, schedule overtime, meet staffing requirements, plan annual leave and ensure necessary training for department personnel.
