Our foreign capital company is seeking for a "Pre Sales Specialist" to join our start-up factory located in İzmir/Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone.

The successful candidate requirements are: 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree,
• Min. 3 years of experience in related position (preferably in a global company),
• Industrial equipment manifacturing sector experience is a plus,
• Very good command of English both written and verbal,
• Good customer service skills, well organised, customer oriented and analytical thinking,
• Having knowledge of Oracle, CRM and MS Office.

Job Description:

• Supporting customers during the pre-sales processes,
• To process product choosing and quoting of incoming inquiries for Customer Layout calculation,
• To create COMREQ requests for creation new parts & products to Sales Team and Technical Department,
• Provide to Export Sales Managers prepared commercial offers within reasonable amount of time,
• Maintain good relations with customers,
•  Continiously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs.
