Our foreign capital company is seeking for a "Process Engineer" to join our start-up factory located in İzmir/Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone.

The successful candidates requirements are:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant departments,
• Min. 5 years of experience on sheet metal part or press process,
• Proven experience as metal shaping process(laser, punch, bending, welding,,etc...),
• Ability to understand technical drawing including geometrical position tolerances,
• Advance level statistics knowledge is a must.

• Job Description:
• Creating new ideas on processes to reduce costs and improve production rates,
• Collecting datas for metal shaping process in terms of machine variables & process datas,
• Creating data analysis studies for process variables by using colleration, regression, pareto and basic statistic tools,
• Controlling fixture and aparatous improvements feedback to related departments,
• Willing to utilise new machines on process without any support to traing new employees,
• Learning and understanding new machines that will be installed at the level of teaching blue collar employees,
• Maintaining file the system for all records in terms of process variables,
• Understanding of detailed technical drawings and its geometrical tolerances in order to create fixture and aparatus,
• Technical document management and publishing.
