Fleet Accounting Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Completion of month-end accounting closings in accordance with IFRS and VUK standards,
• Ensuring that accounting records are kept in accordance with legislation,
• Checking legal declarations, (VAT, Witholding Tax, Stamp Tax, Corporate Tax etc.)
• Monitoring the VAT refund process,
• Managing the supplier reconciliation process/guiding the team,
• Completing VUK, IFRS Fixed asset and depreciation studies, recording relevant difference records,
• Preparing studies for implementing changes and innovations in legislation within the company,
• Preparing Legal and IFRS Financial statements,
• Providing the necessary organization to meet customer complaints and/or demands, Making the necessary organization and managing the process during the independent audit and tax audit process.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc. undergraduate departments of universities
• Having reporting experience in the Fleet Rental sector or having experience in the fleet rental sector by auditing in big 4 audit companies
• At least 8 years of experience in the field, has worked in a managerial role in the past, has experience in team management
• Is knowledgeable about general accounting issues and tax processes, follows the legislation,
• Has taken part in the preparation and control of financial statements
• Analytical, fast and solution-oriented
• Successful in human relations, self-confident, planned and responsible
• Can use Microsoft Office programs at an advanced level
• Preferably has a CPA certificate
• Preferably has a good level of English
