Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
- Preferably experienced in senior executive assistant roles,
- Proficient in English and able to use it actively,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Attention to detail,
- Advanced organizational, planning, and representation skills,
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and committed to disciplined work,
- Successful in interpersonal relations, with good diction and strong communication skills,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Job Description:
- Provides secretarial services to the Assistant General Managers of A&T Bank,
- Organizes the meetings of the Assistant General Managers within the Bank,
- Creates a calendar on important issues, follows the issue, reminds the relevant Assistant General Manager,
- Organizes all activities related to the organization of the daily workflow of the Assistant General Managers,
- Plans and organizes the meetings and relations of the Assistant General Managers with the Bank's shareholders, managers, government offices, other banks, customers and third parties in general,
- Arranges the appointments and visits of the Assistant General Managers with other persons and institutions related to the work,
- Takes care of the guests of the Assistant General Managers and welcomes the guests in a good manner. Takes notes of visitors in the absence of Assistant General Managers,
- Performs other daily related duties or duties specifically assigned to him/her by the Assistant General Managers.
