As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as an ‘Industrial Engineer’.

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,

0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred,

Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles (e.g., Work Study, Ergonomics, Lean Manufacturing),

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

Good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written),

Knowledge of CAD software is a must,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side (Location is: Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for assisting in the design and optimization of production processes within the mobile phone manufacturing facility. The Industrial Engineer will work closely with production teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

Production Layout Design & Optimization:

Assist in the design and layout of production lines, considering factors such as workflow, material flow, ergonomics, and safety.

Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize production flow and minimize bottlenecks.

Develop and implement layout changes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Process Improvement:

Identify and analyze production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Develop and implement solutions to improve production flow, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste (e.g., Lean Manufacturing principles).

Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze production data, such as production output, cycle times, and defect rates.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency.

Project Support:

Assist in the implementation of new production technologies and equipment.

Support new product launches and production line transitions.

Participate in continuous improvement projects.
