Process Engineer

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as a ‘Process Engineer’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree or equivalent related experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering,                                                                        

3-5 years of experience preferable in a Electronic manufacturing industry,                                                                       

Proficiency in engineering computer software (CAD, CATIA, NX etc.),                                                                                                        

Have the ability of organization, coordination and leadership and good at handling unusual problems,                                                                           

Must be a self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision,                                                                                                                      

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and practices preferred,                                                                                                          

Good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written) are highly preferred,                                                                                     

The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, accountability, decision making and judgement, effective communication and critical thinking,

Male candidates must have completed military service, 

Resides on the Asian side preferably nearby E-5 highway, around Tuzla, Pendik, Maltepe, Kartal, Darıca, Çayırova, Gebze (Location is:Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluates manufacturing processes, designs new systems and processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones,

Complete the pilot production project and evaluate, and conduct process tests, develop and confirm new manufacturing processes,

Provide training and guidance to employees in production operation according to process documents,

Timely deal with abnormal problems related to the production process and give feedback to relevant parties,

Participates actively and effectively in continuous improvement plans related to position responsibilities,     

Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends,     

Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles, 

Ensures compliance of practices, procedures and instructions relative to applicable facility standards (ISO, TS, etc.).
