QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food and beverage reservations or a similar role is preferred,
• Proficiency in Turkish and English,
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude,
• Knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems,
• Ability to work flexible hours,
• Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle food and beverage reservations via phone and email,
• Provide information on restaurant menus and promotions,
• Record and track reservations in the system,
• Pay attention to guests’ special requests and make appropriate arrangement,
• Communicate effectively with guests via phone and email,
• Work closely with the food and beverage department to ensure smooth reservation processes,
• Address guest special requests and cancellations,
• Handle reservation cancellations and modifications,
• Follow hotel procedures and hygiene standards in providing services.
