QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of a Tourism Vocational School or Tourism Vocational High School,
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry,
• Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Strong communication and leadership skills,
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with excellent attention to detail,
• A passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences,
• Must be living in or able to relocate to Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and lead the waitstaff, ensuring high-quality service,
• Ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction during meal times,
• Greet guests, ensure they are seated comfortably, and address their needs,
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service,
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure their satisfaction,
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
