QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates in tourism, hotel management, or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within in-room dining or food and beverage services,
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills,
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu items and guest preferences,
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus),
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and lead the In-Room Dining team to ensure excellent service,
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms,
• Monitor order quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction,
• Coordinate with kitchen and front desk teams for smooth operations,
• Manage inventory and stock for the in-room dining department,
• Prepare daily reports on operations and staff performance.
