QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ahen Maden, a subsidiary of Cengiz Holding, is realizing an ultra-luxury hotel and villa construction project in Bodrum under the Bvlgari brand. Our company, which prioritizes quality and excellence in the construction sector, is looking for BIM Architects | BIM Modelers to be assigned in this prestigious project.

As a BIM Architect / BIM Modeller at Ahen Maden, you will:

  • Deliver architectural models that meet technical standards within specified timelines, reporting to the team leader.
  • Utilize your expertise in Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to manage and develop 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for complex projects, covering the entire development process from planning and environmental evaluation to detailed design and construction.
  • Implement quality assurance (QA) procedures for all deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively in a collaborative environment, engaging with colleagues, project managers, and various internal design disciplines.

We Also Value:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design projects, focusing on building construction and documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, as well as familiarity with ACC, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • The ability to produce detailed architectural models in coordination with other disciplines, including engineering and construction.
  • A disciplined approach and the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
