Planning Engineer

We are currently looking for personnel to work temporarily for the rehabilitation project of thermal power plant, where we are carrying out O&M activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in industrial or power plant projects.
• Proficient in project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working on large-scale EPCM and EPC projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create a detailed project schedule that outlines the sequence of tasks and milestones.
• Break down the project into manageable components and define tasks and sub-tasks,
• Define key milestones in the project timeline, including design completion, procurement, construction phases, inspections, and project handover.
• Track the progress of the project against the schedule, identify delays or critical paths.
• Revise the project schedule as necessary, incorporating changes in scope, design, or unforeseen delays, while ensuring the overall timeline remains achievable.
• Work closely with other departments (engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance) to ensure that their schedules align with the overall project plan.
• Generate progress reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Ensure that all planning documents, schedules, and revisions are properly documented and stored for future reference.
