What does a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer do at Anadolu Efes?

•    To identify the maintenance requirements of all facilities and machines, to make maintenance plans and execute them,
•    Preparation of sketches, technical drawings, specifications, manufacturing directives, and specifications for spare parts,
•    To repair and maintain of the plant's heating, ventilation, compressed air, water installation, 

•    To execute and / or following-up of specifications, exploration, feasibility, tender, construction control of investments,

•    To supply of required spare parts for maintenance and monitoring of installation works,
•    To ensure and validate of duties in accordance with the relevant procedures, instructions and control plans within the framework of the Quality Management Standards,
•    To plan and implement the Brewery calibration plan,
•    To assist energy saving projects,

What are the qualifications we look for in Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Anadolu Efes?

•    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
•    Excellence in troubleshooting  and analytic skills, 

•    Continuous improvement and root cause analysis skills,
•    Ability to work across functions (production, quality, utilities, filling and packaging),
•    Lean six sigma and project management knowledge will be an asset.
