We are looking for a teammate who can be a part of our force as a “Spare Parts Export Sales Support Specialist” on the journey we have set out! 

If you say;

• Graduated from relevant universities (Business Administration or Engineering faculties),
• I have at least 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry, specifically in Spare Parts or Aftersales Services,
• I have advanced English proficiency and persuasive negotiation skills, second language is a plus
• I am proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
• I am motivated and determined in managing multiple tasks and projects,
• I have no restrictions on domestic and international travel, and I have an active driver’s license,
• I have strong communication skills and am inclined towards teamwork,
• I possess planning and organizational skills and am result-oriented,
• I have an analytical mindset and strong communication skills, I am prone to teamwork,

The work you will do at Anadolu Isuzu as “Spare Parts Export Sales Support Specialist’’ will entail;

• Follow-up key distributors spare parts orders and back-orders spare parts
• Monitoring procurement process of key distributors’ spare parts order
• Leading solutions in spare parts topics to contribute to distributor/customer satisfaction
• Continuous communication with key distributors to chase spare parts needs
• Coordination among related departments to produce prompt solutions for spare parts requirements
• Regular online or face-to-face meetings with key distributors
• Daily basis reporting for monitored topics.
