JOB DESCRIPTION

1.End to end sales order management.

2. Managing customers orders  in export & import process and following deliveries according to customers requested delivery dates in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

3.To follow up stock movements  and delivery of the raw material-product imported or exported.

4.To prepare the necessary reports on dispatch, custom clearence and product planning.

5.Following shipments and delivery process with warehouses.

6.Ensure all processes, organizing documents related to export&import operatins, performing their control and archiving.

7.To Ensure coordination with customs, logistics and banks.

8.Preparing order processing in ERP and completion of the whole process.

9. Carry out necessary  daily/weekly/monthly reportings. 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in operations management / logistics / business administration.

2.Advanced level in English is a must.

3.Miminum 3 years of experience in an operational or similar role.

4.Relevant  experience in export, import operation, customs legislation processes, international trade.

5.Strong Microsoft and PC knowledge.

6.Stong analytical aspect, problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

7.Negotiation and strong communication skills.
