QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arkel is looking for an Technical Services Support Specialist to join our Technical Services Department.Bachelor degree, preferably graduated from Electric, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering,

• Bachelor degree, preferably graduated from Electric, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering,
• Good command of French-English (both verbal and written)   
• Also, knowledge of Turkish language will be an advantage
• Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications,
• Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,  
• No travel restrictions,
• Valid driving license,
• Resident in Istanbul Asia side,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls via the Whatsapp line, generating solutions to customers' requests, problems and complaints,
• If needed ARKEL customers will be supported in job side to solve technical problems,
• If ARKEL needs technical information for their customer candidates will join in international exhibitions.
