We are looking for a team member to join our Electro-mechanic R&D department at Mersin Technology Development Zone, focusing on electronics design and R&D operations.

Position:

Electronics Design & Development Engineer (Embedded Systems)

Expected Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field)
• Experience in electronic circuit and PCB design (using EasyEDA, Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.)
• Knowledge of embedded systems (preferably ESP32 microcontrollers) andIoT
• Proficiency in microcontroller programming (C, C++, Python for embedded systems)
• Familiarity with basic electronic circuit principles and components (analog/digital converters, regulators, timer ICs, processors, sensors, connectors)
• Experience in analog/digital hardware design
• Understanding of standard communication interfaces (USB, I2C, UART, SPI, RS232/422/485, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with debugging and testing tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, spectrum analyzers)
• Knowledge of power electronics (DC-DC converters, power supplies, motor drivers)
• Experience with simulation tools (LTspice, Proteus, PSpice, Multisim, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
• For male candidates: Completed military service, exempted, or at least one year of deferment

Preferred Assets:

• Understanding of EMC/EMI design principles and regulatory compliance (CE, FCC, UL, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Ability to design for manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT)
• Understanding of thermal management in PCB and electronic systems
• Familiarity with mechanical integration (collaborating with mechanical engineers for enclosure and PCB fitting)

Job Description:

• Engaging in electronic engineering tasks within the R&D department for both existing and new toy designs
• Reading, interpreting, and developing electronic designs based on toy requirements and specifications
• Selecting electronic components, performing circuit analysis, designing and producing prototypes and final products, and overseeing the process
• Developing embedded software for designed systems
• Implementing software and hardware improvements to enhance user performance
• Preparing technical documentation and defining test procedures for designed circuits
• Leading the transition to mass production for designed toys
