GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering),
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry (preferably in the transportation department),
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications
•  Have an analytical thinking perspective,
• Can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
•  Knowledge of written and spoken English,
• Coping with working in different locations,
• Living/wanting to live in Istanbul Anatolia and Gebze region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting the necessary analysis and studies to improve distribution operations
• Measuring and reporting distribution department KPI data,
• To take an active role in the preparation of monthly income-expenditure reports and cost simulations,
• Capture and report cost improvement opportunities related to the distribution department,
• Contributing to the development of distribution department reports through PowerBI and different tools,
• Identifying areas of improvement in distribution operations, conducting field studies, work studies and observations,
•  Carrying out continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement activities,
• To take an active role in the research and implementation of new technologies that can be used in distribution processes
