GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a Financial Controlling Assistant Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Beykoz, Istanbul.

 Job Description:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient payment controlling at the group level.
  • Manage and oversee group-wide payment processes.
  • Monitor overall cash position and determine total payment amounts on a regional basis.Track and analyze the payment processes of the assigned region, subject to evaluation and approval by the Financial Controlling Manager:

-Oversee the invoice recording process.

- Monitor payments and outstanding invoices.

- Assess and manage cash needs of group companies.

- Select and optimize payment methods.

  • Take initiative in financial projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion while aligning with corporate requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and validate management reports that provide clear, data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Actively contribute to Digital Financial Controlling Projects, supporting automation and process optimization efforts.

 Qualifications & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Graduated from a reputable university,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Especially MS Excel skills) and SAP applications,
  • Ability to build internal and external partnerships,
  • Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results,
  • Ability to work with other cultures, build relationships; Ability to communicate with 3rd party financial experts and regulatory bodies; Effective conflict resolution Experience in an international organization will be beneficial,
  • Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines,
  • Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams,
  • Quality and service oriented; Sound judgement and decision making.
