ASAŞ operates in Aluminum Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminum Flat Products, PVC Profile, and Shutter production facilities covering a total area of 1.000.000 m², with 400,000 m² of closed space, in its Akyazı and Karapürçek campuses, providing services to its customers.
We are looking for a teammate to work as a "Production Specialist" to be within the Aluminum Extrusion organization in our Sakarya/Akyazı Profile factory.
We are looking for a teammate:
- Graduated from the departments of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the aluminum extrusion profile manufacturing sector,
- Advanced proficiency in English,
- Experienced in process improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and project work,
- Good Knownledge in MS Office,
- Possessing analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills,
- Strong communication skills, team worker as well as a team leader,
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team.
What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Monitoring production in the areas of responsibility,
- Ensure daily and monthly efficiency tracking of the press production line and develop action plans to increase machine operating rates,
- Making studies to achieve technical KPI targets related to timing adoption, quality demands, capacity, production equipment efficiency, etc.
- Implement practices to reduce and prevent the consumption of energy, raw materials, auxiliary equipment, and natural resources,
- Identify problems that arise during production, determine factors that negatively affect quality, and implement corrective/preventive actions,
- Support the production start-up, quality issues (8D-NCR).
