Frontend Team Leader

We are looking for a “Frontend Team Leader”creative, a game-changer, innovative thinker, who takes initiative is driven to help improve systems, and embraces a culture of teamwork. 

Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development, including team leadership or mentorship. 
• Strong expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 15+) and TypeScript. 
• Experience in designing and developing scalable frontend architectures. 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend build tools. 
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST API integrations. 
• Experience with unit testing and frontend test automation tools (Jest, Karma, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with QA and test automation teams. 
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide the team. 
• Knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and best coding practices. 
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

Job Description;

• Lead the frontend development team and provide technical guidance 
• Develop projects using the AngularJS frontend framework.
• Build scalable user interfaces while ensuring performance, accessibility, and security standards 
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to create user-friendly solutions 
• Work closely with backend teams to manage end-to-end software development processes 
• Implement best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD) to enhance code quality 
• Foster knowledge sharing within the team and provide mentorship 
• Manage project processes in line with Agile/Scrum methodologies
