We are looking "Supply Chain Excellence Specialist" for our company which is located at Tuzla.

• University graduate - preferably Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or other Supply Chain related fields,
• Experienced in the field of Supply Chain Management and willing to continuously increase knowledge in this field,
• Expertise in Supply Chain processes and related digital tools (APS, MES, Control Tower, etc),
• Open to change and innovation, able to contribute to change management,
• Follow Supply Chain Management literature and technologies, and have a good command of research methods,
• Good command of English,
• Residing/able to reside in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Kocaeli,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive supply chain improvement projects, playing an active role in cultural change management projects, and connect them with strategic business plan in alignment with supply chain strategy,
• Define roadmap and continuously assess maturity level of supply chain,
• Ensure that current design and supply chain processes are mapped and fully aligned,
• Following and evaluating current literature, sectoral benchmarks, technological developments and best practices related to Supply Chain Management, reviewing existing designs accordingly and ensuring their up-to-dateness,
• Playing key user role in an Advanced Planning software implementation project and Manufacturing Execution System Project with cross-functional teams,
• Provide strategic and operational support to the operation departments.
