Technical Assistant (Automotive OEM) - Rotation Shift

We are currently looking for a Technical Assistant (Automotive OEM) - Rotation Shift to join Axalta for working in our customer´s facility in Gölcük. Our customer is a well-known brand on the Automotive Industry.

Responsible in the automotive paints sector, ensuring that the product supplied to the customer is used without creating quality problems and in a way that provides the highest performance, monitoring foreign product stocks.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor process parameters in all paint application booths, including primer, top coat, base coat, clear coat, and the SVO line.
• Continuously assess the performance of Axalta products on the line and ensure DPU analyses are conducted.
• Perform line trials and adjust products as guided by the Axalta laboratory.
• Report any product- or facility-related issues on the customer line to the Axalta Sales Leader and Axalta laboratory, identifying potential causes.
• Monitor the color of all top coat paints, take measurements, and report any discrepancies to both Axalta and customer laboratories.
• Provide training to customer personnel on repair lines, ensuring the proper technical application of repair paints and equipment.
• Monitor product inventory, maintain minimum stock requirements, and inform the Axalta Sales Leader of customer requests and satisfaction levels.

Key requirements:

• Available to work rotating shifts.
• University or vocational school graduate in Paint or Chemistry departments.
• At least three years of experience in the automotive paint industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Proficient in PC usage and MS Office programs.
