Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Corporate Communications Director to lead our marketing efforts and develop Corendon Hotels' corporate identity in Turkey. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, implementing strategic marketing plans and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Corendon Hotels brand.

* Oversee corporate communications, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.

* Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation and advertising.

* Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners and stakeholders.

* Coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, media events and crisis communications.

* Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

* Lead the development of promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

* Effectively manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI of all activities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

* Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and branding.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

* Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* A creative mindset with attention to detail.
