Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Finance manager who will oversee the financial processes of two logistics companies under the AZURITE Umbrella.
- Position: Financial Transactions Specialist
- Reporting to: Global CFO, Finance Manager in Turkey
- Location: Mustafa Kemal Cad. Ataşehir Istanbul/Turkey
- Area of responsibility: Turkey: Freight forwarding unit and Fleet management one
- Type of work: Permanent, office-based job with readiness for business trips
Area of responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting: Preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other key reports
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Development and monitoring of budgets, forecasting revenues and expenses, and analysing variances
- Treasury Operations: Managing cash flows, coordinating with banks, monitoring payments, and organizing financing when necessary.
- Tax Compliance: Preparing tax reports and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Cost Control: Optimizing expenses and ensuring the effective allocation of company resources.
- Auditor Coordination: Preparing for internal and external audits and coordinating with auditors and tax authorities.
- Risk Management: Monitoring financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate them
- Compliance and Ethics: Oversee contract compliance and ensure all deals are executed lawfully and ethically
What do we expect
- Experience: 5-7+ proven experience in similar role in international companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Knowledge of local and international tax and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sibr, advanced Excel)
- High level of English proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ownership, proactivity, generation the new ideas and ongoing improvement
- Positive and opened mindset, effective communication skills
