Requirements

•Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or Agro Engineering.

•Strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.

•Ability to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality.

•Effective in teamwork and problem-solving.

•Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.

•High reliability, professional integrity, and effective communication skills.

•Advanced level of English

•Living in Bandırma

Knowledge and Skills

•Proficient in tools like PDCA and Cause and Effect Diagrams.

•Skilled in MS Office.

•Knowledge of industry best practices for process improvement.

•Ability to develop and utilize KPIs for performance monitoring and corrective actions.

•Experience in reviewing and managing Capex plans.

•Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
